• Hats to current BSI standard must be worn and fastened at all times when mounted.

  • Liability – the organisers or anyone acting on their behalf accept no liability whatsoever for loss injury, or damage to any animal, property, persons, or vehicle how so ever caused.

  • Objections must be handed in to the secretary in writing, within half an hour of the event, together with a deposit of £20. The deposit will be forfeited if the show officials decide the objection is not sustained.

  • The management reserve the right to refuse an entry without giving reason and to cancel, alter the time of any class, also to run any class in another ring.

  • The management reserve the right to limit the entries in any class.

  • Competitors having entered a class are not entitled to a refund or to transfer any entries to another date, should they decide to withdraw after the closing date for any reason.

  • The Beginners Prelim is for competitors (the combination of horse and rider) who have never won a Prelim or been placed at Novice level.  If the combination win the Beginners Prelim three times they must move up to Prelim.

  • All unaffiliated dressage competitions will be held under current British Dressage Rules.

  • The judges, stewards, Croft Riding Centre Staff and official helpers decision’s are final.

  • Horses should not be left unattended when tethered.

  • All mess, including hay and muck must be removed from the car park.

  • Children must be kept under close supervision at all times.

  • Please note that dogs are not allowed on the premises.

  • All competitors will receive 2 points for competing. Further points will be allocated to the top 10 riders in each class (10 through to 1).  At the end of the season the points will be amalgamated from Croft and Cockshot to determine which riders from each class will go forward to the Championship Show held Autumn 2014.
